Rev. Jimmie Schwartz of Ellicott City celebrated his 25-year anniversary at Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster on October 19. Schwartz is the chaplain.

Carroll Lutheran Village is an accredited, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in Westminster with nearly 700 residents.
