Coming to Elicott City: LaLa's Ice Cream Parlor and Hot Dog Cart

The sign on Main Street has been teasing residents for months now: LaLa's Ice Cream Parlor and Look out for LaLa's Hot Dog Cart.

Owner Brendan Flannery said Wednesday that the store will be opening in mid-April, but the hot dog cart has already been making the rounds -- at Lake Elkhorn in Columbia.

Patch caught up with Flannery Wednesday afternoon on Oella Avenue after a day of slinging franks in Columbia. We'll have more information about LaLa's soon. For now, here's a sneak peek.
