The Howard County Arts Council has extended the deadline to apply for the juried portion of Paint It! Ellicott City 2014, an annual plein air paint-out and exhibit in Ellicott City, Maryland. A minimum of $6,000 in awards will be presented to participating artists, including the $2,000 Gino Award, named in honor of Ellicott City artist Gino Manelli (1915-2010).
