Dogs Invited To Attend HOWL-O-WEEN Event In Costume Saturday

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — All dogs are invited to attend HOWL-O-WEEN and wear a costume Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. at Clipper's Canine Cafe on Main Street at Ellicott Mills Drive.

Guests are encouraged to make a $12 cash donation (per dog) for local rescue Pitties and Purrs Rescue Inc. and trick or (dog!) treat your way through our streets.

There will be three categories for the canine costume contest: cutest, funniest and most original homemade. Winners will receive prizes.
