Driver Killed After Vehicle Hits Guardrail: Howard County Police
A man has died after his vehicle left the southbound lanes of Route 32 and hit a guardrail, according to the Howard County Police.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A man has died after police say his vehicle hit a guardrail Friday.
Around 7:45 a.m. Dec. 15, Howard County Police were called to Route 32 in Clarksville. They discovered that a 2023 Volkswagen Taos was being driven southbound on Route 32 when, for reasons under investigation, the vehicle left the road, veered into the center median and hit the guardrail then crossed into northbound lanes, police reported.
No other vehicles were involved. The man driving the Volkswagen was taken to Howard County General Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The investigation is ongoing, police stated.
