Easter Egg Hunts, Bunny Visits Across Howard County

The holiday activities are being held in Ellicott City, Columbia, Elkridge and Savage.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Several Easter events will be held across Howard County Friday through Sunday. Clark's Elioak Farm, 10500 Clarksville Pike in Ellicott City, will host numerous small egg hunts for kids ages 1 to 3 and 4 to 6 daily every half hour through April 11 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The eggs can be redeemed for goodie bags. The petting farm, play areas and rides will be available.

Harvester Baptist Church, 9605 Old Annapolis Road in Ellicott City, is hosting an Easter egg drive-thru Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon.

The Hoppening, a socially distanced Easter egg hunt hosted by Historic Savage Mill, 8600 Foundry Street in Savage, will be held Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Easter egg hunt will be held in the courtyard and grassy area. Kiddos age 10 and younger can participate in 30-minute timeslots. Tickets cost $10 and includes a basket, the hunt and a visit with the Easter bunny.

Hyper Kidz Columbia will be hosting an Easter egg hunt Sunday from 8 a.m. until 10 .m. at 9309 Snowden River Parkway, Columbia. The egg hunt is open to kids ages 13 and younger. There will be golden egg prizes, a visit with the Easter bunny, a bubble dance party, arts and crafts, and more.

Free candy-filled Easter eggs are being given out Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at Hope Assembly of God, 10600 Frederick Road in Ellicott City. The Easter eggs are being handed out for people to have their own Easter egg hunt. It's first-come, first-served while supplies last.

Dorsey Emmanuel United Methodist Church at 6951 Dorsey Road in Elkridge will be hosting its annual Easter egg hunt "COVID style" April 3 at 3 p.m.

Bethany Church will be hosting an Easter Extravaganza and pancake breakfast Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. The church is located at 3030 Bethany Lane in Ellicott City. There will be a socially distanced egg hunt, obstacle course and free photo booth. The breakfast is packaged to go but can be eaten on site. Tickets must be bought in advance.
