Ellicott City: A Good Fit For Gardiners?

Gardiners Furniture is looking for a spot to build a big-box-sized retail space -- that's 40,000 to 60,000 square feet, according to CityBiz Real Estate.

The retailer is looking for a spot bounded between Route 100 in Ellicott City, Route 32 in Columbia/Savage to the south, Interstate 95 to the south and west; and Route 29 to the north and east.

The search process has just begun, according to the company's real estate representative, Steven Cornblatt.

There is currently a at 6415 Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville.
