Ellicott City Welcomes Main Street Music Fest
The fall music festival featuring emerging artists is in town Saturday.

More than 80 bands are scheduled to play in Ellicott City on Saturday during the third annual Main Street Music Fest, featuring unsigned artists from the mid-Atlantic. Bands will jam on nine stages set up around town.
A craft beer garden will be on tap, featuring Heavy Seas and Ellicott Mills Brewing Company. Families are welcome at the event; children’s activities will be ongoing throughout the day. An outdoor movie—Rock of Ages—will be screened outside The Wine Bin at 9 p.m.

For information about parking, see this map provided by Main Street Music Fest. One of the event sponsors, Kelsey’s, will also provide a shuttle from its restaurant (8480 Baltimore National Pike) to The Judges Bench downtown. Shuttles will depart every hour on the hour from Kelsey’s and return at 10 after the hour from Ellicott City, with the last shuttle returning at 8:10 p.m.
Admission to the festival is free. Main Street Music Fest will take place on Main Street in historic Ellicott City from noon to midnight on Saturday, Sept. 20. Children’s activities will end at 5 p.m. Outdoor performances onstage will end at 8 p.m.
