Taste of Spain! Let's discover the exciting world of Spanish cooking together! Tortilla de patatas, arroz con leche, and paella are just a few of the dishes that we will create. We'll learn about this super expensive spice and use it in the creation of many of our dishes.
CKCS, the mobile cooking program is coming to a school near you! Classes taught by Nikki McGowan, co-host of "Child Life TV Cooking Show" and her staff of culinary experts. Chefs enjoy cultural explorations through the preparation of a wide range of cuisine. An emphasis on etiquette, nutrition, kitchen safety and the science behind cooking! Kindergarten thru 5th grade.
Materials fee of $40.00 due at first class, payable to CKCS. Bring a reusable water bottle.
