Taste of Spain! Let?s discover the exciting world of Spanish cooking together! Tortilla de patatas, arroz con leche, and paella are just a few of the dishes that we will create. Saffron? We?ll learn about this super expensive spice and use it in the creation of many of our dishes. Ages 4 -5.
CKCS, the mobile cooking program is coming to a school near you! Classes taught by Nikki McGowan, co-host of "Child Life TV Cooking Show" and her staff of culinary experts. Little chefs enjoy cultural explorations through the preparation of a wide range of cuisine. An emphasis on etiquette, nutrition, kitchen safety and the science behind cooking!
