This one hour, fun filled workout may be just what you have been looking for!  Join Jodie for a heart pumping, fat burning workout.  You will learn and practice choreography for three or four and sometimes more, top 40 songs from today and yesterday.  Then work your way into a metabolism boosting, strength and stretch segment.  Class is taught by Jodie Reeves-Kable, a nationally certified and Freedom Fitness instructor.
