HC DrugFree, a nonprofit organization that seeks to empower the Howard County community to raise drug-free teens, will feature a panel of teens who will describe their experiences overcoming substance abuse and making healthier choices. A drug and alcohol abuse counselor will facilitate the panel discussion and answer questions about how parents should address substance abuse.
The program is free, open to parents and teenagers, and requires no registration.
