Festive Fridays Start Dec. 4 at Downtown Lakefront
Downtown Columbia Partnership presents free family-friendly fun

The Downtown Columbia Partnership is presenting Festive Fridays, family friendly holiday entertainment produced by the Columbia Festival of the Arts, on Dec. 4, 11 and 18, 5-8 p.m., at the Lakefront Promenade in Downtown Columbia. Musical groups, carolers, strolling entertainers, scavenger hunt with prizes, giveaways and free hot chocolate and cookies courtesy of Whole Foods Market will be featured.
Each Friday will have a different character:
Family Friday, Dec. 4, will include Westminister Ringers hand bell choir, the Columbia Brass, and Magic of Hawaii Entertainment featuring “Ikaika,” the fire knife dancer.

Fido Friday, Dec. 11, will feature Mount Hebron High School Chamber Choir, The Bone Yard trombone players, holiday dog treats, and a dog costume contest at 6 p.m.
Fire & Ice Friday, Dec. 18, will include a live ice sculptor, Harper’s Choice Middle School Choir, and Charm Performance fire and hoop dancers.
