Films Showcase People With Developmental Disabilities

Columbia Festival of the Arts showcases special films for all audiences

The Columbia Festival of the Arts, in partnership with The Arc of Howard County, the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council and Howard Community College, presents the Sprout Film Festival on Sunday, June 21, 3:30-4:45 p.m., at Monteabaro Hall, Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center at Howard Community College. The nine featured films are by, for and about individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sprout founder and Executive Director Anthony Di Salvo will hold a discussion with the audience after the screening. Tickets are $15 and may be purchased at columbiafestival.org.
