HoCo Kids Campaign Seeks Holiday Sponsors To Help Local Kids

For more than 20 years, the Howard County Police Foundation HoCo Kids Campaign has helped bring joy to underprivileged elementary children.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Each year during the holidays, the Howard County Police Foundation raises money in order to donate necessities and toys to children in Howard County as part of its HoCo Kids Campaign. While the annual holiday party with the children assisted by the foundation cannot be held this year due to the coronavirus, the need to help them is even greater.

For more than 20 years, the Howard County Police Foundation HoCo Kids Campaign has helped bring joy to underprivileged, elementary-age children in the community. During a "normal" year, the foundation hosts a holiday party where the children celebrate the season with Santa and games, crafts, a warm meal and they receive an oversized gift bag containing winter necessities like a coat, hat, gloves and socks, plus a craft and a toy.

There are a number of sponsorship levels available to help youth across Howard County. Learn more from the Howard County Police Foundation.
