HoCo's Christmas In The Park Postponed Due To Rain
The rainy forecast has moved Howard County's holiday event to Thursday, Dec. 7.
ELLICOTT CITY, MD — Christmas in the Park has been postponed to Thursday, Dec. 7. The event at Centennial Park was planned to take place Tuesday night.
Due to inclement weather in the forecast, the county moved Christmas in the Park to its rain date.
Christmas in the Park will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7, at Centennial Park, 10000 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City.

The event will include caroling and light refreshments, topped off by a magical tree lighting ceremony.
The National Weather Service forecast shows a 90 percent chance of rain Tuesday night, with Wednesday and Thursday dry. It will be a bit cooler, with temperatures in the 30s and 40s, on Wednesday and Thursday; Tuesday's high was 59 degrees in Ellicott City, with a low of 42.
