Howard County Public School System Seeks Policy Committee Members

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — County residents are being sought to help develop and revise school system policies as members serving on the Howard County Public School System's 2020-2021 policy advisory committee for Policy 9020, Students' Rights and Responsibilities. This committee will include one member representing the general resident stakeholder group.

Committee members discuss and make recommendations to the superintendent regarding the policy and are expected to attend all committee meetings, which will be held virtually on the following Wednesdays: Nov. 18, Dec. 2 and Dec. 9 and Jan. 6. Residents interested in participating should submit a statement of interest online by Oct. 26. A confirmation email with additional details will be sent to the individual selected to participate on the committee.
