The Main Street collectibles shop was voted the Peopleās Choice winner in the Ellicott City Restoration Foundationās (ECRF) annual holiday window decorating contest.
Runners up are Vintage Bliss BoutiqueĀ in second place, and Sweet Elizabeth Jane in third place.

For its āclassic and elegant window,ā Joan Eve will receive a quarter-page ad in Howard Magazine, according to a release sent out by the ECRF.
Vintage Bliss will receive ad space in The Business Monthly and Sweet Elizabeth Jane wins ad space from Howard County Tourism and Promotion.Ā

voted on by a panel of judges including Victoria Goodman of Blossoms of Hope; Jackie Panowicz of Custom Media Options; Joan Waclawski ofĀ The Business Monthly; Beth Burgess of Howard County Planning and Zoning, and Ed Lilly, ECRF president.
For the Peopleās Choice contest, visitors to the Historic District voted for their favorite business window by casting ballots at the Howard County Welcome Center.Ā
