Lane Closure Expected During Howard County Construction Project

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A construction project to repair and improve a stormwater management pond adjacent to 8825 Cardinal Forest Circle in Laurel slated to begin on or about Nov. 1.

While the project is not expected to impact traffic flow, a temporary lane closure along Cardinal Forest Circle in the vicinity of the project may be required during material deliveries. A portion of the sidewalk adjacent to the work site between 8833 and 8825 Cardinal Forest Circle will be closed to pedestrians for the duration of the project, too. Signs have been posted near the project area to alert drivers and pedestrians about the construction.

Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late February 2023.
