Members of Senior Tech Solutions began volunteering at local senior centers last summer after they found members of their own families benefited from one-on-one troubleshooting with their devices. According to its founders, team members found their own skills and expertise improved as a result of the training sessions and they enjoy the relationships they have developed.

The Senior Tech Solutions team has created resources, such as a handbook for those new to a smartphone, and a blog which can be found on its website, www.seniortechsolutions.org.
