Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure, Police Encourage Other Victims To Come Forward

Howard County Police is searching for other possible victims after they arrested a man for an indecent exposure incident in Ellicott City.

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — After a series of indecent exposure reports along Baltimore National Pike, particularly outside of Giant and Sprouts in Ellicott City, Howard County Police ask that any other victims contact authorities.

On Jan. 2, police arrested 31-year-old Timothy Brown for indecent exposure after they say he exposed himself to a woman outside Rite Aid in the 8600 block of Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City. Police now believe Brown may be responsible for additional indecent exposure incidents along Baltimore National Pike and possible other locations since at least September 2023.

Brown has been described by police as having long dreadlocks and driving a black Nissan Altima with Virginia tags. If you believe you were a victim, contact Det. Spickler at zspickler@howardcountymd.gov or 410-313-1146.
