Man Exposed Himself To Woman Walking Through Centennial Park

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — A woman reported to police that a man exposed himself to her in Howard County's busy Centennial Park Aug. 27 at approximately 6 p.m. The victim told police that she was walking along a path through the park when she encountered the man.

The suspect is described as an Asian male between 25 and 30 years old, weighing approximately 175 pounds with black hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing sunglasses, a black T-shirt and black shorts, the police report said.
