Man Fatally Hit By Car On Route 32 In Clarksville: Howard County Police

CLARKSVILLE, MD — A man has died after police say he was hit by a car Saturday around 12:30 a.m.

Howard County police officers were called to the westbound lanes of Route 32 for a report of a fatal collision. A 2024 Toyota Corolla was heading westbound when it hit a man walking in the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Corolla remained at the scene, according to police.

Westbound lanes of Route 32 were closed for approximately three hours. The investigation is ongoing, the police department noted.
