Man Fatally Shot, 2 Critically Wounded Outside Gas Station: Howard County Police
One man has been fatally shot and two critically wounded in a shooting outside a gas station, according to Howard County Police.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Howard County police are investigating a fatal shooting in Columbia in which one person was killed and two additional people were seriously injured. Police are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information.
At approximately 9:55 p.m. on Oct. 16, officers responded to the 6000 block of Foreland Garth after hearing gunshots and found a man with a gunshot wound outside the Exxon gas station. The victim was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center and is currently listed as critical but stable, according to the police department.
At approximately 10:13 p.m., two men arrived at Howard County General Hospital’s Emergency Room where one was pronounced dead. The second is currently listed as critical but stable. Detectives believe they drove themselves from the Exxon, the report said.
