HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A 39-year-old man has been found guilty by a Howard County jury in connection to a non-fatal shooting that happened last year at the Triple Nines Bar.
Howard County police officers were called to the bar, located in the 7500 block of Washington Boulevard in Elkridge, on Nov. 7, 2022, around 2:40 a.m. for a report of a shooting. Police found the victim, identified as James Ott, who told police he was at the bar earlier in the evening. Ott exchanged words with 39-year-old Robert Charles Logan as he was leaving the bar, according to court documents.
Ott got into his car and noticed Logan walking toward him while pulling a mask over his face. Ott drove out of the parking lot and Logan began shooting at his vehicle. Ott wasn't hit. He drove back to the bar and told the manager what happened, who contacted police, a report noted.
