Man Killed After Losing Control Of Motorcycle, Crashing: Police

A Woodbine man was killed after he lost control of his vehicle Saturday on Forsythe Road south of West Friendship Road.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A 41-year-old Woodbine man was killed late Saturday night when he lost control of his motorcycle. Shortly before 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Clyde Frank Gibson was driving his 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle southwest on Forsythe Road south of West Friendship Road.

According to the Howard County Police Department, Gibson lost control of his vehicle and veered off the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The police department will continue to investigate the incident. Forsythe Road was closed for approximately three hours overnight.
