MD Girl's Dream Comes True With Special Trip To Disney
An Ellicott City business' charitable golf tournament has raised the funds to send Nevaeh Rodgers, 10, who has spina bifida, to Disney.

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — A Maryland girl will be treated to a trip of a lifetime thanks to the support of the community. Nevaeh Rodgers of Beltsville and her family will embark upon a vacation to Walt Disney World so that Nevaeh can fulfill her dream of meeting the Disney princesses. They will stay at the Sunshine Foundation Dream Village.
Nevaeh loves science and cooking and hopes to become a chef one day. The 10-year-old has spina bifida. Glory Days Grill in Ellicott City hosted a Dream Come True Reveal Party recently where Nevaeh was told the exciting news: that she and her family will be visiting Disney and other Orlando-area theme parks in March.
Kate Sample, president of the Sunshine Foundation, was present at the reveal party.
