Meal Service Temporarily Suspended At 2 HCPSS School Sites

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Meal services have been temporarily suspended at two Howard County Public School System distribution sites. Meals will not be served at Wilde Lake Middle School now through Dec. 11 and will resume Dec. 14 due to not enough people available to operate the site. Students and families can pick up meals at Wilde Lake High School or any other school meal location. Meals that were pre-ordered for pickup at Wilde Lake Middle School during this period can be picked up at Wilde Lake High School.

Meal service at Gorman Crossing Elementary School is suspended through Dec. 18 and will resume Dec. 21. Students and families may pick up meals at any other HCPSS school meal site. Meals that were pre-ordered for pickup at Gorman Crossing during this period may be picked up at Murray Hill Middle School. Meal service was suspended at this building because of not enough staff to operate the site, too.
