
The Lutheran Village at MILLER’S GRANT recently welcomed new staff to the senior living community.
- Jena Britton, RN is the new Care Coordinator. The Ellicott City resident will help Village residents navigate the health care system, schedule appointments and provide basic nursing care in the campus medical suite. She has over 12 years’ experience in a variety of health care settings including Howard County General Hospital.
- Dotty Dalphon is the Associate Director of Development. The Middletown resident holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Goldey-Beacom College in Delaware. Dalphon has nearly 30 years’ experience in management, sales and marketing, community relations and fundraising.
- Diana Lotter, RN has been named Director of Nursing. She brings over 15 years of long-term care experience, including certifications as a delegating nurse/case manager, minimum data set (MDS) coordinator and infection control preventionist. The Sykesville resident most recently served as the Assistant Director of Nursing at sister community Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster.
- Wendy Hoeck of Ellicott City has been promoted to Marketing Office Coordinator. She was previously a concierge.
- Casey Rivest, MSW is the new Social Services Coordinator. The Elkridge resident holds a Master of Social Work in clinical social work with a specialization in aging from the University of Maryland Baltimore.
The Lutheran Village at MILLER’S GRANT is a faith-based, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in Ellicott City serving adults 60 and better. The community has 241 homes and apartment for active living, 20 assisted living suites and 12 skilled care beds for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
