Motorcyclist Killed After Colliding With Car On Route 1 In Howard County: Police

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A 20-year-old Baltimore man driving a motorcycle was killed Sunday night when he collided with a 2013 Honda Accord.

According to the Howard County Police Department, shortly before 10 p.m. Oct. 30, Marval Iran Polk Jr. was heading south on Route 1 at Port Capital Drive in Elkridge on his 2004 Suzuki GSX-R750 when he crashed into the Accord as its driver was making a left turn.

Polk Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the Honda was taken to Howard County General Hospital with minor injuries.
