New Mortgage Lender In Ellicott City Led By Baltimore Native

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — A new business helping homebuyers has opened in Ellicott City. National mortgage lender Waterstone Mortgage Corporation now has a new office at 9025 Chevrolet Drive. Led by Branch Manager Andrew Wagner, the office offers a wide selection of mortgage loan solutions for homebuyers.

Wagner has been with Waterstone Mortgage since 2017, previously working as a loan originator at the company’s former Timonium, Md., branch. As a Baltimore native who has lived in the area his entire life, Wagner has extensive knowledge of the greater Baltimore real estate market.

“The Baltimore metropolitan region has seen strong growth in housing over the past 24 months. This, coupled with the fact that the area has some of the top school districts in the nation, makes Baltimore a great place to live and work,” Wagner said in a statement.
