The Building at 3720 Maryland Ave. is hitting the auction block Wednesday at 11 a.m.

Once a part of the , the 10,586 square-foot building is worth about more than $740,000 according to the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation. 

The building is currently home to the , an antique store with more than 50 vendors who rent space to sell their goods.

Vendors at the store say they have no inclination, one way or the other, of the store's futre -- it depends on who, if anyone, wins the auction. A couple of vendors, however, do plan on attending the auction.
