Peeping Tom Incident at Old Navy Under Investigation: Police

ELLICOTT CITY, MD - The Howard County Police Department is asking for help identifying the man pictured in connection with an alleged peeping tom incident at the Long Gate Shopping Center.

The incident was reported at the Old Navy in the 4300 block of Montgomery Road last week, police said in a statement on Monday.
