Quest Fitness Celebrates 15th Anniversary March 21

Free 30-minute classes, chair massage, refreshments and more featured.

Quest Fitness Center on Route 40 in Ellicott City will celebrate its 15th anniversary with an Open House on Saturday, March 21, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The public is invited to attend.

Anniversary activities on March 21 include refreshments, door prizes, chair massage and sample 30 minute fitness classes, including Functional Fitness, Quest Best Strength Training, Boxing, Power Cycle, Pilates and Yoga. There is no admission fee. Registration in advance for cycle is required.

Quest Fitness offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment and is known for its Certified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors. Over 50 group classes are offered each week. Popular classes include Power Cycle, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga. Quest Fitness is home to Target Hearts, a medically supervised cardiac and pulmonary therapy program. KidZone hours are available for children 9 months to 9 years of age.

The owner is Chang Lee, and the manager is Brenda Sroka. Two of the fitness club’s staff members have been with the local business since it opened: personal trainer Cathy Smith and Forrest Smart, a member of the support staff. There are over 200 original members of the club who are still active.
