Residences at Vantage Point Hosts Tapas and Tours Open House
Retirement Community's Model Apartments and Updated Spaces Will Be Available for Viewing

Residences at Vantage Point is hosting Tapas and Tours Open House on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2-4 p.m., at the retirement community in Downtown Columbia.
Vantage Point has recently completed a comprehensive renovation of the Life Plan Community, and tours will include visits to updated common spaces and S.M.A.R.T. model apartments. S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym for a lifestyle that is Savvy, Modern, Affordable, Ready to Go, Tech-Centric.
Small plate dishes will be served along with other light refreshments. There is no cost to attend the Tapas and Tours Open House, but registration is required. Call 410-994-2836 to register yourself and a guest, or go to VantagePointResidences.org/events. Complimentary valet parking will be available.

Residences at Vantage Point was founded in 1990 and is a nonprofit serving people age 60 and above. Managed by Life Care Services, the community includes a variety of residential living arrangements from studio to three-bedroom apartments. It provides long-term health services available exclusively for residents should they need them.
Residences at Vantage Point is noted for its arts, cultural and educational activities, as well as for resident engagement with the larger community of Columbia. It is located at 5400 Vantage Point Road.
