School Meal Site Shut Down This Week In Howard County
Meals that were pre-ordered for pickup at Veterans Elementary School this week can be picked up at Ellicott Mills Middle School instead.
ELLICOTT CITY, MD — Meal service to Howard County youth isn't available this week at Veterans Elementary School, but will resume Feb. 22. Students and families can pick up meals at any other school meal location. Meals that were pre-ordered for pickup at Veterans Elementary School during this period can be picked up at Ellicott Mills Middle School.
Meal service was suspended because of insufficient staff availability at this time to operate the food site, the school noted. The school building remains open for all other operations, as scheduled. Find details about the 2020-2021 meal service here.
