Serial Burglar Linked To Cases Spanning 3 Years: HoCo Police

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — The Howard County Police Department is asking for help identifying the suspect in a series of burglaries. The department is offering a reward of up to $1,500 for information about the alleged serial burglar.
The man is suspected in burglaries in Ellicott City, Fulton and West Friendship, police said. The burglaries began in September 2016 and have continued until April 2018, authorities reported Friday.
