'Stuff The Bus' School Supply Collection Stops In Howard County Aug. 17

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The community can help make the start of school a bit less stressful for some area kids by participating in the WBAL CARES "Stuff the Bus" campaign.

Residents can donate school supplies at the Howard County drop-off site Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Walmart at 3200 North Ridge Road in Ellicott City. Other participating sites include:

• Wednesday, Aug. 16: Glen Burnie Walmart, 6721 Chesapeake Center Drive, Anne Arundel County
• Thursday, Aug. 17: Ellicott City Walmart, 3200 N. Ridge Road, Howard County
• Friday, Aug. 18: Hunt Valley Walmart, 1 Frankel Way, Cockeysville, Baltimore County

The Stuff the Bus campaign will wrap up with a special collection at Oriole Park at Camden Yards before the Orioles vs. Colorado Rockies game Aug. 25 from 5 to 7 p.m.
