Traffic Along St. Paul Street To Be Impacted By Project

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — Traffic will be affected by a Howard County construction project that will connect 3758 St. Paul Street in Ellicott City to the county’s public sewer main. The project is expected to begin on or near Jan. 27. The project will involve the installation of approximately 20 linear feet of four-inch main. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late February.

Signs and flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic as needed during construction hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., as lane shifts are expected. Additionally, a portion of sidewalk adjacent to project will be closed to pedestrians during construction.
