Traffic Circle At Homewood Road, Folly Quarter Road To Close

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — A construction project to mill and resurface the roadway at the Homewood Road, Folly Quarter Road and Sheppard Lane traffic circle in Ellicott City should begin at 7 p.m. Aug. 8.

Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by 5 a.m. Aug. 9.

During the project, the roundabout will be closed to thru traffic. Signs and flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic as needed during construction hours. Traffic will follow a marked detour using Sheppard Lane and MD 108 (Clarksville Pike).
