Traffic Delays Anticipated Along Boones Lane During Construction

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — Traffic delays can be expected through late November along Boones Lane while a county construction project to extend public sewer impacts the roadway. The project involves the installation of approximately 107 linear feet of eight-inch sewer main, a four-foot diameter manhole and water and sewer house connections.

Flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic as southbound Boones Lane, located south of the intersection of Boones Lane and Pine Bluffs Drive, will be affected during construction hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Northbound Boones Lane will also experience delays during the installation of the water house connection. Signs have been posted at the site to advise pedestrians and motorists of the construction and related lane shifts.
