Water Main Rehabilitation Project Planning Meeting July 6 In HoCo
A public planning meeting about a water main rehabilitation project will take place July 6 In Howard County.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD —Howard County’s Department of Public Works’ Utility Design Division will hold a public meeting July 6 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the media room at Veterans Elementary School at 4355 Montgomery Road in Ellicott City to present plans for a nearby water main rehabilitation project.
The proposed project includes the relocation and replacement of approximately 6,600 linear feet of water main along Old Columbia Pike between Toll House Road and Roussey Lane. New fire hydrants, cross connections and house connections will be installed. The project is expected to begin this summer 2022.
DPW staff will be on hand to explain the project, answer questions and gather public comments.
