ABERDEEN IRONBIRDS HONORS MILITARY FAMILIES & VETERANS

White Marsh Mall is honored to partner with The Aberdeen Ironbirds and celebrate our brave military men and women, both past and present!

On Tuesday, August 28^th, the Ironbirds will be taking on the Brooklyn Cyclones, who are currently in second place in the division.  While the baseball action on the diamond is sure to be exciting, it’ll be made even better by the attractions you’ll find outside!

In honor of military appreciation night, several different branches of the military will have vehicles on display for fans to see up close!  This is one of those events that kids (and plenty of adults I’m sure) will really enjoy and look forward to again year after year.  Be sure to bring a camera!

But the best reason of all to turn on out on Tuesday, is to show your appreciation for the brave men and women who wear the uniform and defend our great country.  Many servicemen and women will be on hand for you to meet, say thank you to and maybe even get a picture taken with a true hero. And, you can even cheer on your favorite branch of the military during the on field push up competition!

The game is being sponsored by White Marsh Mall and we’ll have a table inside the main gate with a prize wheel. Be sure to come by and see us for a chance to walk away with some fantastic free prizes. One game I’m particularly excited about is our between inning game “Name that Store” on the scoreboard where one lucky winner will receive a Shop Etc. gift card.
