Do you want to quit smoking? Baltimore County Department of Health will be offering free tobacco cessation classes at the Essex Library. Classes are schedule to begin on July 11, 2012 at 2:30 pm. For more information contact the Bureau of Behavioral Health at 410-887-3828.
