The Community College of Baltimore CCBC (Essex) will offer the Maryland Basic Boating Certification course in a one-day session on Sunday July 8, 2012 at the Essex campus. Come in and get your DNR certification card in one day. The cost is $45 per student. That cost includes the book and certification card.
