Hit and Run Kills Man in Middle River: Police

Authorities are looking for a silver or gray car that allegedly left the scene of a fatal crash involving a pedestrian in Middle River Sunday night.

Police said a man had been walking north on Pulaski Highway near Martin Boulevard when he was hit.

A passerby reported seeing a body on the shoulder of Pulaski Highway after 6:30 p.m., according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Andrew James McNeal, 26, was pronounced deceased soon after, police said.

The vehicle—believed to be a silver or gray car with front-end damage—left the scene, according to police.
