Missing Man Found After Friday Disappearance: Balto Co. Police

The missing man was found by Saturday evening, Baltimore County police said.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The man who disappeared Friday night near Essex has been located. Police asked for help from the public after Brandon Roy, 19, went missing. He was described as having a severe cognitive handicap.

By 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, officials said that Roy had been located and had returned home safely.

PREVIOUS REPORT: A teen with a severe cognitive handicap has been reported missing in Baltimore County. He was last seen before 9 p.m. on Friday, according to police.

Brandon Roy, 19, was described as 5-feet-8-inches tall and 150 pounds.

Police said he was last seen riding a blue 10-speed bike in the 1300 block of Sugar Wood Court near Essex.

He was wearing a green polo shirt and khaki points when he disappeared, according to officials.
