The Crossroads @ 95 development in Middle River welcomed a new tenant on Tuesday: Zesto Pizza & Grill. 

Elected officials, including County Councilwoman Cathy Bevins and Councilman John Olszewski Sr., turned out with about 30 other people to officially open the new restaurant.
