Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting in Middle River

Subject reportedly advanced at officers with several knives, according to Baltimore County Police.

MIDDLE RIVER, MD- Baltimore County Police is reportedly responding to a fatal officer-involved shooting in the Middle River area.

The incident is in the 4000 block of Bay Drive, according to Baltimore County Police and Fire on Twitter.

Officers were dispatched at 9:48 a.m. Monday regarding an attempted suicide.

Police used a taser on the subject, but it was not effective.

The subject allegedly advanced on officers with several knives, according to police, and at least one officer fired.
