The Harford County District Court case stems from disputes in the Willow Vale Farms community and follows a fatal July 4 shooting previously reported at the same property.
   

• Two $1M lottery tickets lead Maryland's $30.4M winning week (shorenewsnetwork.com) — A Powerball ticket sold in Fallston has hit for $1 million, topping Maryland Lottery winnings for the week alongside another $1 million scratch-off sold in Manchester.
